Deb Pocica wants to help you reach your goals while being true to yourself while raising your family.
Deb has been a single mom for 15 years and understands hardship, struggle, lack of self-esteem, self-sabotage, and fear. There were times when decisions needed to be made between electricity and putting food on the table. Working a traditional job, without an advanced degree, did not provide enough money to both pay bills and get out of poverty. There needed to be more in life than just survival.
Deb turned to entrepreneurship to help herself and her family rise out of poverty. This path is not easy or for the faint of heart. Most people say that being fearless is a requirement. What Deb found was that BRAVERY and PASSION where her ticket to push beyond what she thought was possible, even when she was terrified to speak up or make waves. In becoming a birth doula and placenta encapsulationist, a field in which the status quo was helping others while struggling yourself, Deb found that PASSION.
Unfortunately, passion doesn’t pay the light bill.
Deb created a training organization for her passion-placenta encapsulation, Tranquil Transition Placenta. After 2.5 years of building, this business Deb partnered with ProDoula and became a co-founder of the Placenta Prep program. She has traveled the US and Canada training individuals on safe placenta encapsulation standards, business sense, and personal growth and development for over 5 years. In 2017 she left ProDoula to start another training organization, Placenta Training Company.
Training and mentoring the students became a passion. Unfortunately, in her position, she could really only reach those students interested in TOUCHING A PLACENTA! This small detail eliminates most of the population.
She wanted to reach more people and share her knowledge and business information she gathered along her 10 years as an entrepreneur. The ups and the downs. The struggles and successes.
There were so many people that were like her: quiet, shy, afraid to make waves and seek change, but deep in their heart know growth is the only way to reach their best self!
Come on this journey with us and we share the struggles and the joys of building a business that you can stand behind and be proud to own. Deb offers her own special brand of straight talk while wrapping you in support and love.
